The Day Spa at The Dutchess offers services by appointment 7 days a week, for both hotel guests and day travelers.  Located in our Townhouse building, you will find serene treatment rooms attended by some of the most gifted massage therapists, estheticians, and yoga practitioners in the Hudson Valley.  All of them are deeply practiced in both traditional and modern techniques and disciplines of the healing and restorative arts. Each of our skilled practitioners brings a deep personal commitment to enabling your relaxation and rejuvenation.

HYDROTHERAPY SPA

Our state-of-the-art Hydrotherapy Spa is exclusively available for hotel guests to enjoy during their stay on a reservation basis for a $45  fee per session (Two People) The patented Thermotherapy System offers 16 different massages, each bioengineered to target specific muscle groups based on your needs and preferences. Whether you book your time as a warm-up before a spa service or after you return from an invigorating hike or fun-filled day exploring Main Street, you'll find the Thermotherapy Spa nothing less than soothing and completely rejuvenating.

To schedule an appointment:  Call our front desk at

845-205-2900.   The "Request Appointment"  buttons will send an email to our front desk, and our staff will get back to you with our availability.


We require a credit card at the time of booking to guarantee appointments.


24-Hour Cancellation Policy: 

Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Appointments that are canceled for ANY reason within the 24-hour period of the scheduled time or clients who do not show up for their appointments will be charged full price for the scheduled services.

Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please call our front desk at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make the necessary adjustments to our schedule.


Late Arrival:  Please arrive early for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals are only permitted a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the service cannot be performed.


Gratuity: A 20% gratuity will be applied to all services.


Gift Certificate: Services may be paid for in full or as a partial payment with a Gift Certificate. For a seamless checkout, please provide the Gift Certificate number when making the appointment.


*Prenatal Massage:  Prior to scheduling a prenatal massage, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider, especially if you have any complications or high-risk factors in your pregnancy. Expecting mothers MUST be in their second or third trimester in order to receive the massage.
