Scheduling Appointments: Call our front desk to schedule appointments, Request Appointment buttons will send an email to our front desk and our staff will get back to you with our availability. We require a credit card to secure appointments.
Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment please call our front desk at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make the necessary adjustments to our schedule.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy: We allow rescheduling and cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment. Appointments that are canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or clients who do not show up for their appointments will be subject to pay full price for the scheduled services.
Late Arrival: Please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals are guaranteed a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the massage therapist may choose to not proceed with the service. Under the circumstance the appointment is allowed to begin after the grace period, your treatment will be shortened accordingly.
Gratuity: A 20% gratuity will be applied to all services.
Gift Certificate: Services may be paid for in full or as a partial payment with a Gift Certificate. For a seamless check out, please provide the Gift Certificate number when making the appointment. Please be aware Gift Certificates expire after one year from original purchase.
Prenatal Massage: Prior to scheduling a prenatal massage, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider, especially if you have any complications or high-risk factors in your pregnancy. Expecting mothers must be in their second or third trimester in order to receive the massage.
